Following Sculptra injections, you may see results within 24 hours; however, these results are temporary. As a collagen stimulator, Sculptra alone does not provide any filling action. Sculptra works by causing a reaction in the skin that forms new collagen, so you will see results from it gradually over time.

Sculptra can produce results that last up to two years after the initial course of injections. Repeat injections may be needed as you approach the two-year mark to maintain the effects and avoid reverting to your original appearance.
Sculptra treatment does not require downtime, and you do not have to take any time off work. However, exercise should be avoided for 24 hours after treatment.
